Hello,... I am writing to you for some information on participating in the 2010 Santa Cruzan Parade. I was Banderada Philipina along w/ my cousin 3 yrs in a row approximately 1989-1991 My daughter will be 5 this July & I would like for her to walk in the parade if there are any openings.
