The two-day event will begin on August 20, 2011, featuring celebrities from the Philippines such as Zsa-Zsa Padilla, Ariel Rivera, Melai Cantiveros, and Jason Francisco. This year’s fiesta will also hold a talent show called Pinoys Got Talent.

The audition is open to all with any kind of talent: Can you sing like Lady Gaga, or Bruno Mars? Can you make people laugh like Chris Rock? Can you pull some magic tricks like the illusionist David Copperfield? Are you a member of a rock band like U2? a boy band like New Kids on the Block? Tsunami Alert in the Philippines after massive 8.9 earthquake in Japan

PHIVOLCS has issued a Tsunami Alert Level 2 for coastal areas facing the Pacific Ocean after a powerful 8.9-magnitude earthquake hit north-eastern Japan (March 11, 2011). The first tsunami waves are expected to arrive the coast between 5PM and 7PM Philippine time.
